新绛县信义源铁合金有限公司高压补偿方案的论证与研究

摘要 随着山西省电价的调整,大量的高耗能企业进入运城地区,其中尤以硅锰及蓄电池等原材料厂家尤其突出。冶炼用矿热炉是一种耗电量巨大的工业电炉,配套矿热炉用变压器大都处于高无功运行状态。一般矿热炉采用专门10 kV中压并联补偿,由用户统一考虑无功及谐波治理。因硅锰炉工艺的改进,新绛信义源公司经过考虑采用新式炉变。通过现有规范的引用,计算比较,结合运城电网当前变电站运行现状,从涌流、电压波动、谐波等其它方面进行全方位分析,为110 kV高压电容器的投运提供技术可能和电网运行指导。 With the adjustment of electricity prices in Shanxi Province,a large number of high-energy-consuming enterprises have entered the Yuncheng area,especially raw material manufacturers such as silicon manganese and batteries.The submerged arc furnace for smelting is an industrial electric furnace with huge power consumption,and most of the transformers used in the submerged arc furnace are in high reactive power operation.Generally,the submerged arc furnace adopts a special 10 kV medium voltage parallel compensation,and the reactive power and harmonic control are uniformly considered by the user.In this project,due to the improvement of the silicon-manganese furnace process,Xinjiang Xinyiyuan Company has considered adopting a new type of furnace transformer.Through the reference of existing specifications,calculation and comparison,combined with the current substation operation status of Yuncheng Power Grid,comprehensive analysis is carried out from inrush current,voltage fluctuation,harmonics and other aspects to provide technical possibilities and power grid operation guidance for the commissioning of 110 kV high-voltage capacitors.
