摘要
传统温度监测受到周围环境因素的影响很大,变压器油温光纤光栅监测系统采用抗干扰能力强并且对温度极其灵敏的光纤光栅传感器。利用光信号的测量与传输,再解调成温度信号。分析了光纤光栅监测的原理和系统结构及其软、硬件的功能实施。最后验证了光纤光栅传感器作为温度的监测单元,绝缘、耐温,灵敏度高,系统工作稳定、功耗低,对变压器绕组测温具有良好的应用前景。
Surrounding environment factors have great impacts on traditional temperature sensors.The system uses fiberbragg grating(FBG)sensor with anti-jamming capability and temperature sensitivity.The system measures and transmits optical signals,which are demodulated to temperature signals.The paper analyzes the principles and structure of fiber bragg grating sen-sor and introduces the implementation of hardware components and software.Finally,it is verified that the fiber grating sensor as a temperature monitoring unit has insulation,temperature resistance,high sensitivity,stable system operation and low power consumption,and has good application prospects for temperature measurement of transformer windings.
