配电网运维管理及建设改造原则研究

目前我国经济发展速度迅猛,而各地区间发展状况存在差异,沿海、东部地区较发达,相较而言内陆地区、西部地区经济还需进一步提升。经济水平差异造成不同地区在生产、生活需求上也有不同,其中电力需求是较显著的体现。新时期,电力企业应当注重对现有配电设备、荷载等问题的及时处理,不仅为节省电力资源,更为满足不同地区居民生活中用电需求。文章结合实际,从配电网运维及建设相关内容切入,指出配电网运行衍生的问题,重点阐述关于配电网运维管理及建设改造的意义及原则。

At present,China’s overall economy is developing rapidly,but there are differences in the development status among regions.The coastal and eastern regions are relatively developed.Compared with the inland and western regions,the economy needs to be further improved.The difference in economic level results in different living standards and living needs in different regions,among which the power demand is a significant manifestation.Under the background of the new era,power enterprises should pay attention to the timely treatment of existing operating distribution equipment,load and other problems,not only to save power resources,but also to meet the living power demand of residents in different regions.Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the distribution network operation and maintenance and construction,points out the problems derived from the distribution network operation,and focuses on the significance and principles of the distribution network operation and maintenance management and construction and transformation.The discussion is as follows.
