散装楼房仓楼上廒间进出粮系统优化——移动式散粮装车装置

Optimization of the Grain Loading and Unloading System used for Multi-storied Warehouse for Bulk Grain——The Movable Loading Device

针对现有散装楼房仓楼上廒间散粮出仓工艺存在的不足,通过楼房仓外部设置移动装车门架、楼房仓一层廒间顶板下设置出粮输送机,研发出与散装楼房仓楼上廒间进出粮共用溜管配套的移动式装车装置,具有作业效率高、设备成本低、适用范围广、安全系数高和环保优势明显的优点,可为散装楼房仓出粮设计提供一定的参考。

In view of the existing shortcomings in the loading process of the multi-storied warehouse for bulk grain,a mobile loading device that matched with the grain loading and unloading shared chute was developed,which consists of the movable loading door frame outside the warehouse and the loading conveyor fixed at the roof of the first granary floor.It has the advantages of high operation efficiency,low equipment cost,wide application range,high safety factor and obvious eco-friendly,the mobile loading device described in this paper can provide an valuable reference for the design of grain out of bulk warehouse.
