The Construction Management of Prestressed Double T Board

30 m预应力双T板采用先张法施工,存在构件体积大、壁薄、刚度差、重量大和吊装困难等问题。选好双T板生产厂家、确保构件质量以及加强双T板的制作、运输、吊装施工等全过程管理,直接关系到工程质量、进度、造价及安全,而双T板的制作更是质量控制的关键。本文论述了双T板的制造、运输和吊装的质量控制。

Pre-tensioned construction method is adopted for construction of 30 m prestressed double T board,its components have large volume,thin wall,poor stiffness,large weight and it’s difficult for hoisting.Choosing appropriate double T board’s manufacture,ensuring the component quality’s safety,strengthen the process management of double T board’s production,transportation and hoisting construction are very important to the quality,progress,cost and safety of the project,and the production of double T board is the most important part of its’quality control.This paper discusses the quality control of double T board’s manufacture,transportation and hoisting.
