摘要
名师工作室的建设主要是为了发挥学校名师的作用,促进专业教师成长。名师工作室的建设除了严格按照建设指标进行创建,还要结合专业特色和专业文化,推动工作室“专业+技能”的师资队伍建设和教师专业成长路径。要依托高校、企业、社会等资源跨界推动工作室的建设,推进名优资源共建共享,并寻求多元评价模式和方法。本文基于中职学校中餐烹饪专业背景,主要从名师工作室的内涵、现状分析、建设的意义、建设的作用、易出现的问题和实践的路径等方面,探索如何创建中餐烹饪专业名师工作室。
The construction of master studio is mainly to play the role of school master and promote the growth of professional teachers.Famous construction in addition to strictly according to the index of the studio to create,combine the professional characteristics and professional culture,promote studio“professional+skills”teachers construction and teachers’professional development path,relying on colleges and universities,enterprises,social resources such as crossborder push forward construction of the studio,promote the excellent resources sharing,and seek multiple evaluation model and method.Based on the background of Chinese cuisine specialty of secondary vocational schools,this paper mainly explores how to establish the famous master studio of Chinese cuisine specialty from the connotation,status analysis,significance of construction,role of construction,easy problems and practice path.
