食品检验检测体系的现状和对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Food Inspection and Detection System

食品质量是关系人们生命安全和国家稳定发展的重大问题。近年来,大量不合格食品流入市场,危害了人们的生命安全,干扰了我国食品流通市场的正常秩序。基于此,本文系统性地剖析了当前食品检验检测体系的发展状况,并对食品检验检测所发挥的核心作用进行分析,探讨当前阶段食品检验检测体系发展中存在的问题,并提出相应的完善性对策,以期通过这些研究有效促进食品检验检测体系的不断优化。

Food quality is a major issue related to the lives and health of the people and the stable development of the country.In recent years,with the development of economy and society,a large number of substandard food flows into the market,endangering the people’s right to life and health,and interfering with the normal order of China’s food circulation market.Based on this,this paper systematically anatomizes the development of the current food inspection and detection system,analyzes the core role played by food inspection and detection,discusses the problems in the development of food inspection and detection system at the current stage,and put forward corresponding perfect countermeasures.It is hoped that these studies can effectively promote the continuous optimization of food inspection and detection system.
