摘要
食品安全是关系国计民生的大事,而医院食堂更是承担着全院患者、家属及医务人员食品安全保障的重任。切实开展并加强医院食堂食品安全监管的相关工作,保障广大患者、家属及医务人员的饮食安全成为医院食堂管理的重中之重。本文通过介绍医院食堂在食品安全方面的管理策略,分析食品安全全程监督管理工作机制,提出食堂食品安全管理的相关对策及流程。
Food is very important for the people,and the safety of the food should be considered firstly.Food safety is an important matter related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and the hospital canteen is responsible for the food safety guarantee of patients and all the staff in the hospital.Strengthening the supervision of food safety in hospital canteens and ensuring the food safety of patients and the staff have become the top priority in hospital canteen management.This paper introduces the management process of food safety in the hospital canteen,analyzes the whole process supervision and management strategy of food safety,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and processes of food safety management in the canteen.
