摘要
本研究建立了一种气相色谱-质谱(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)测定新会陈皮中2-甲氨基苯甲酸甲酯含量的定性定量分析方法。样品经无水乙醇超声提取,GC-MS选择离子监测模式测定,外标法定量。结果表明,2-甲氨基苯甲酸甲酯在浓度为0.05~2.00 mg·L^(-1)时保持良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)=0.9994,检出限为0.82 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为270 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为92.8%~98.5%,相对标准偏差为0.24%~0.46%。该方法稳定可靠,灵敏度高,操作简单,适用于新会陈皮中2-甲氨基苯甲酸甲酯的定性定量分析。
A Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)method for benzoic acid 2-methylaminomethyl ester in Xinhui Chenpi was established.The sample was analyzed by GC-MS after ultrasonic extraction in absolute alcohol and quantified by external standard method.Benzoic acid 2-methylaminomethyl ester maintained a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.05~2.00 mg·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient R^(2)was 0.9994,the detection limit was0.82 mg·kg^(-1),the limit of quantification was 270 mg·kg^(-1),and the recoveries were 92.8%~98.5%.The relative standard deviation is 0.24%~0.46%.The method is stable,sensitive and easy to operate.It is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of benzoic acid 2-methylaminomethyl ester in Xinhui Chenpi.
