数据隐私保护与信息安全问题研究

目前数字化转型正在各行业快速发展,以数据、流量、知识为主的的数字经济时代已经到来,数据开放成为国家实施大数据战略的重要维度,数据在其中的重要性不言而喻,然而数据的开放性也给信息安全提出新的要求。本文把数据的流动作为主线,阐述数据的特征,分析数据共享、数据使用、数据管护三个阶段,分析数据隐私保护出现的问题,从国家、社会、个人的角度提出基于数据隐私保护的信息安全问题的建议。

At present, the digital transformation is developing rapidly in various industries. The era of digital economy based on data, flow and knowledge has come. Data openness has become an important dimension of the national implementation of big data strategy. The importance of data is self-evident. However, the openness of data also puts forward new requirements for information security. This paper takes the flow of data as the main line, expounds the characteristics of data, analyzes the three stages of data sharing, data use and data management, analyzes the problems of data privacy protection, and puts forward some suggestions on information security based on data privacy protection from the perspective of the state, society and individuals.
