Internal Audit and Management Review of Quality System of Geological Laboratory

内部审核和管理评审是检验检测机构资质认定和实验室认可要求的必备程序,是质量体系有效运行的保证,但在不同行业实验室,质量体系运行有所差异。针对地质实验室体系的行业特点与难点,对内部审核与管理评审的不同点与相同点进行了对比,立足于人、机、料、法、环、测六大体系要素,将质量体系运行与地质实验室工作内容及质量控制要求紧密地结合,探讨了在地质实验室开展内部审核和管理评审工作中的思想重视、充分准备、精准实施和持续完善等关键点,为有效推进体系运行提出了关注政策动态、借助数字信息化手段和加强交流等建议。

Internal audit and management reviews, which are defined as the necessary procedures for the qualification identification of inspection and testing institutions and the requirements of laboratory accreditation, are the guarantee for the effective operation of the quality system. However, the operation of the quality system is different in laboratories. Aiming at the industry characteristics and difficulties of geological laboratory system, the differences and similarities between internal audit and management review are compared in this paper. Based on the six system elements i.e., human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement, in order to closely combined the operation of quality system with the assignmets and quality control requirements of geological laboratory, it is discussed about the key points including the ideological attention, full preparation, accurate implementation and continuous improvement, and some suggestions are put forward to effectively promote the operation of the system, such as paying attention to policy dynamics, using digital information means and strengthening exchanges.
