摘要
在汽车前桥开发中,针对前桥转向这一复杂运动,应用数字样机运动仿真,对转向节臂、拉杆的运动进行空间分析与干涉检查,进而正向设计前桥的前轴、转向节,以及转向节臂的外形、结构。通过应用数字样机运动仿真,可以缩短样件制作验证过程,进而显著缩短前桥及整车的开发周期。
In the development of the front axle,in view of the complex movement of the front axle steering,the DMU motion simulation was applied to analyze and interfere-check the movement of the steering knuckle arm and tie rod,and then positively design the front axle,steering knuckle,and shape and structure of the steering knuckle arm.By applying DMU motion simulation,the prototyping process can be shortened,which in turn can significantly shorten the development cycle of the front axle and the complete vehicle.
