抛物线回转体零件的宏程序加工

摘要 创建抛物线数学模型,分析抛物线宏程序编程流程,应用宏程序参数化编程功能,设计出用于编制抛物线回转体加工宏程序的通用模板。在此基础上,以典型抛物线回转体零件为例,应用车削复合循环指令和宏程序,完成零件的数控加工程序编制。通过数控仿真软件对编制的程序进行仿真加工验证,完成抛物线回转体零件的粗、精加工,确认所编制的程序可以提高非圆曲线零件的加工效率和质量。 A parabolic mathematical model was created,the programming process of parabolic macro program was analyzed,the parametric programming function of the macro program was applied,and a universal template for programming the macro program for processing of parabolic rotary body was designed.On this basis,taking typical parabolic rotary parts as an example,the turning compound cycle instruction and macro program were applied to complete the programming of CNC processing program for the part.Through the numerical control simulation software,the programmed program was simulated and verified,the roughing and finishing of parabolic rotary part were completed,and the prepared program can be confirmed to improve the processing efficiency and quality of non-circular curved part.
