摘要
对半环与扇形零件的毛坯种类和加工方案选择进行了介绍,对零件变形的原因进行了分析,并提出了应对措施。在半环与扇形零件的生产加工过程中,增加适当的热处理工序,有助于提高零件结构的稳定性。
The blank types and selection of processing scheme for half ring and sector-shaped parts were introduced,the causes of part deformation were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.In the production and processing of half ring and sector-shaped parts,adding appropriate heat treatment processes helps to improve the stability of the part structure.
