发电厂及电力系统专业群课程教学体系构建——基于新型电力系统的视角

Construction of Professional Group Curriculum Teaching System for Power Plant and Power System

为应对发电厂及电力系统专业群人才培养在新型电力系统建设中的挑战,围绕职业教育内涵和人才培养需求,通过对职业性、开放性和实践性三种职业能力的融入,从非行动性教育到行动性教育,彰显出当前职业教育关注点由认知能力向非认知能力的迁移,并基于“发展模型”构建出新型电力系统下发电厂及电力系统专业群课程体系,要求不断加深对行动性教学方法的应用。随着以新能源为主体的新型电力系统进入发展快车道,课程体系的重构已成为必然趋势,未来的复合型技术技能人才的培养将更强调非认知能力的课程结构与行动导向的课程实践。

In response to the power plant and power system professional group of personnel training in the new challenge of the construction of electric power system,focusing on the connotation of the vocational education and training requirements,this paper highlights the concern shift of current vocational education from cognitive ability to non-cognitive ability through the integration of three types of vocational ability:profession,openness,and practicality from non-action-oriented education to action-oriented education.And based on the“development model”,a professional group curriculum system for power plant and power system is established,and the application of action-oriented teaching method is deepened.As the new electric power system with new energy as the main body enters the fast track of development,the reconstruction of the curriculum system has become an inevitable trend.In the future,the cultivation of compound technical talents will lay more emphasis on the curriculum structure of noncognitive ability and action-oriented curriculum practice.
