高校实验室教学管理探究——以实验室危机管理的PPRR模型为例

Exploration on Teaching Management in University Laboratory:Taking the PPRR Model of Laboratory Crisis Management as an Example

实验室作为高校培养人才、开展科研工作的重要场所,其安全性是学校管理的重点内容。近年来随着实验室安全事故的频发,高校实验室安全管理面临更为严峻的考验。为加强实验室安全管理,建立合理的危机防范机制,运用PPRR模型,从危机前的预防阶段、危机前的准备阶段、危机爆发期的反应和危机结束期的恢复四个阶段入手,着重分析实验室危机管理存在的问题及原因,并提出对应的管理办法,进而保障广大师生的安全。

As an important place for university to cultivate talents and carry out scientific research,the safety of laboratory is the key content of school management.In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of laboratory safety accidents,the safety management in university laboratory is facing a more severe test.In order to strengthen the laboratory safety management and establish a reasonable crisis prevention mechanism,this paper uses the“PPRR model”to analyze the problems and causes of laboratory crisis management from four stages:the prevention before crisis,the preparation before crisis,the response during crisis occurrence,and the recovery at the end of the crisis.And finally it puts forward the corresponding management methods to ensure the safety of teachers and students.
