摘要
通过医院科教科整体辅助,在陕西中医药大学西电集团医院临床教学实施5G网络条件协同下PBL整合TBL教学法教学的应用价值研究。纳入2020年1月到2020年12月我院实习生共80例,开展研究。80例临床实习生参照随机数字表法进行分组,参照组(40例):实施常规教学;研究组(40例):实施5G网络条件协同下PBL整合TBL教学法教学。研究陕西中医药大学西电集团医院临床教学理论知识、操作技能得分、临床教学质量考核量表评分、岗位胜任力情况调查问卷评分、3+2学制实习教学满意度评分。研究组的理论知识94.05±4.16分、操作技能得分92.47±3.88,相比参照组的89.17±3.14分、89.56±2.59分更高(P<0.05)。研究组临床教学质量考核量表评分、岗位胜任力情况调查问卷评分、3+2学制实习教学满意度评分,相比参照组均更高(P<0.05)。陕西中医药大学西电集团医院临床教学实施5G网络条件协同下PBL整合TBL教学法教学的应用价值更高,能够明显提高临床教学质量,促使实习生更好地掌握理论知识和操作技能,提高3+2学制实习教学满意度评分。
This paper studies the application value of PBL combined with TBL teaching method in collaboration with 5G network in clinical teaching of our hospital with the overall assistance of the Department of Science and Education.A total of 80 cases of interns in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were included in the study.80 clinical interns were grouped with reference to the random number table method.The reference group(40 cases)adopted conventional teaching;the study group(40 cases)adopted the PBL combined with TBL teaching method under the collaboration of 5G network conditions.The theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores,clinical teaching quality assessment scale scores,job competency situation questionnaire scores,and 3+2 academic internship teaching satisfaction scores of our hospital were studied.Results showed the theoretical knowledge(94.05±4.16)and operational skills scores(92.47±3.88)of the study group were higher(P<0.05)compared to(89.17±3.14)and(89.56±2.59)scores of the reference group.The clinical teaching quality assessment scale scores,job competency situation questionnaire scores,and 3+2 academic internship teaching satisfaction scores were higher in the study group compared with the reference group(P<0.05).The implementation of the PBL combined with TBL teaching method in collaboration with 5G network in our clinical teaching has higher application value,which can significantly improve the quality of clinical teaching,promote interns to better master theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and improve 3+2 academic internship teaching satisfaction scores.
