典型矿物质组分对工业污泥热解产物的影响

Effect of typical mineral components on pyrolytic product of industrial sludge

摘要 采用热裂解气相色谱/质谱联用(Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer,Py-GC/MS)方法研究酸洗脱灰及特定矿物质添加对工业污泥热解产物的影响。研究表明,随着反应温度的升高和停留时间的延长,聚合反应加强,热解产物中芳香烃与烯烃含量大幅上升,含氧类与脂肪酸类化合物含量显著下降;酸洗对污泥灰分中Fe和Ca的脱除率分别达到89.19%和96.22%;酸洗处理及添加矿物质(CaO,SiO_(2),Fe_(2)O_(3))可有效去除热解产物中的含氧化合物,降低酸类化合物含量,增大碳氢化合物比例,提升热解产物品质;CaO对污泥的热解催化效果最佳,可显著促进芳香烃和脂肪烃化合物含量提升,SiO_(2)效果仅次于CaO,Fe_(2)O_(3)则具有较好的脱氧效果。 The effects of acid washing and specific mineral additions on the pyrolysis products of industrial sludge were investigated by Py-GC/MS.The study showed that the polymerization reaction was enhanced with the increase of reaction temperature and residence time,and the content of aromatic hydrocarbons and olefins in the pyrolysis products increased significantly,while the oxygenates and fatty acid compounds decreased significantly;the removal of Fe and Ca from sludge by acid washing reached 89.19%and 96.22%,respectively;the acid washing treatment and mineral addition(SiO_(2),Fe_(2)O_(3),CaO)could effectively remove oxygen-containing compounds from the pyrolysis products,reduce the content of acid compounds,increase the proportion of hydrocarbons,and improve the quality of the pyrolysis products.CaO has the best catalytic effect on sludge pyrolysis and can significantly promote the upgrading of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds,while SiO_(2)is the second only to CaO,and Fe_(2)O_(3)has a better deoxygenation effect.
