基于玄府理论辨治溃疡性结肠炎

Clinical Application of Xuanfu Theory in Differentiation Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

刘完素提出玄府是人体气血津液流通的道路,是气机升降出入的门户。玄府理论的提出解决了肠胃气化升降出入微观层面的形质基础。玄府之性以开为顺,以通为用。本文从肠玄府之病和玄府之治角度探讨溃疡性结肠炎机理,提出临床可使用辛散、凉泄、活血、温通、补虚等法开通玄府,调节气血而治疗本病,可为临床相关治疗提供借鉴。

Liu Wansu proposed that Xuanfu is the pathway for the flow of qi,blood and fluids in the human body and the door for up and down movement of qi activity.The theory of Xuanfu solves the the shape and quality basis of gastrointestinal gasification rising and falling into and out of the microscopic level.The nature of Xuanfu is to open for smoothness and to open for use.This article discussed the mechanism of ulcerative colitis from the perspectives of the disease and the treatment of the Xuanfu of the intestines,and proposes that acrid taste having dispersing effect,purging heat,activating blood circulation,warming the interior,tonifying deficiency,and other methods can be used to open Xuanfu,and regulate qi and blood in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,which could provide reference for the clinical treatment.
