脑动脉狭窄最常见的病因为动脉粥样硬化。全国名老中医马云枝教授认为本病为本虚标实之证,提出脾胃虚弱、升降失职为发病之源,痰浊、瘀血、热毒为致病之标,三焦功能失常为发病的关键环节;治疗上以升清降浊、健脾和胃、调畅三焦为基本治法,佐以化痰、祛瘀、清热解毒,为本病治疗提供了新思路。

The most common cause of cerebral artery stenosis is atherosclerosis.National famous TCM doctor Professor Ma Yunzhi believes that cerebral artery stenosis is the syndrome of deficiency in essence and excess in symptoms,and puts forward that the weakness of spleen and stomach,disorder of ascending and descending are the sources of the disease,that phlegm turbid,blood stasis,heat poison are the factors of the disease,and that the dysfunction of three-jiao is the key link of the disease.In the treatment of this disease,the basic treatment is to ascend the clear and descend the turbidity,invigorate the spleen and stomach,adjust three-jiao as well as eliminate phlegm,remove blood stasis,and clear heat and detoxify,which could provide a new view for the treatment of this disease.
