视联算力网络关键技术研究与应用

摘要 在数字经济时代,视频、AI和物联网相关领域虽然有跨域融通趋势,但相关基础技术仍是分层解耦状态,未真正实现深层次的协同融合,导致技术融合运用存在瓶颈,对应用创新驱动力不足。为了解决这些问题,本文提出视联算力网络技术体系,通过研究星云技术架构、多元视联感知、云网算力融合、分布式视频传输、立体式海量视频存储与检索和泛视频服务等六大关键技术,以视频为基础、IoT连接为载体,融合云计算、AI和通信技术,构建视频采集、传输、存储、分析、处理和呈现的端到端基础服务。视联算力网络可以实现云、网、算深度融合,推动安防监控、智慧交通、智能家居、安全城市和健康医疗等各领域应用的升级赋能。 In the era of digital economy,although video,AI and IoT related fields have the trend of cross-domain integration,the relevant basic technologies are still in the state of hierarchical decoupling,and have not really realized the deep level of collaborative integration,resulting in bottlenecks in the application of technology integration and lack of driving force for application innovation.This paper proposes the IoVT-CFN technology system,and studies six key technologies including nebula technology architecture,multiple visual perception,cloud computing power integration,distributed video transmission,stereoscopic mass video storage and retrieval,and pan-video service.IoVT-CFN can realize the deep integration of cloud,network and computing,and promote the upgrading and empowerment of applications in variousfields such as security monitoring,intelligent transportation,smart home,safe city and health care.
