摘要 通过网络共建共享,可以减少网络设施重复建设,快速提供移动通信服务。4G共建共享后,邻近的异运营商共享基站间出现负荷差距较大而难以优化问题,X2接口互通后,同设备厂商小区间可通过X2接口切换实现异频间负荷均衡。本文对基于X2接口的基站间负载均衡算法及流程进行了深入分析,借助于共建共享区块链平台验证了异运营商负载均衡效果,验证结果表明异运营商负载均衡具有缓解共享基站间业务负荷和改善用户感知的效果。 Through network co-construction and sharing,the redundant construction of network facilities can be reduced,and mobile communication services can be provided quickly.4G co-construction and sharing,the load gap between adjacent shared base stations of different operators is large and difficult to optimize.The cells of different communication operator’s the same equipment manufacturer can realize mobility load balancing through X2 interface handover.In-depth analysis of mobility load balancing’s algorithms and processes,the eff ectiveness of mobility load balancing were analyzed by co-construction and sharing platform based on blockchain.The verifi cation results show that diff erent communication operators'mobility load balancing can alleviate the service load between shared base stations and improve user perception.
