基于设计行业职业能力标准的设计基础教学改革创新思考

Innovative Thinking of Design Basic Teaching Reform based on the Vocational Ability Standard of Design Industry

设计基础课程是艺术设计类专业的基础课程,也是美术学专业设计方向的必修专业课程。其教学内容包含设计知识的基础观点和设计方法论,占据了设计类教学课程中的重要位置,对培养学生今后工作能力起到重要的作用。设计行业职业能力标准是通过设计行业对设计师所在岗位的专业知识、技能和基本素质应具备的基本要求而制定的职业能力标准,而参照行业标准设置符合行业发展及需要的专业教学内容和课程体系。设计基础课程体系建设的目标是学生通过设计基础课程的学习,能够减少学生进入公司后的适用过程,增强学生的就业竞争力。文章以美术学设计方向专业为例,针对当前课程体系的现状及存在的问题,提出影响培养学生设计行业职业能力标准的课程体系。从而培养学生成为能胜任工作并奠定设计职业生涯持续发展基础的综合职业能力较强的设计技术型人才。

Design basic curriculum is the professional knowledge view and methodology content of the direction of fine art design,which also plays an important role in the whole art and design education system,and also plays an important role in the cultivation of students’professional ability in the future.The professional ability standard of the design industry is the professional ability standard formulated through the basic requirements of the professional knowledge,skills and basic quality of the designer’s position,and the professional teaching content and curriculum system in line with the development and needs of the industry are set up according to the industry standard.The goal of designing the construction of the basic curriculum system is to reduce the application process of students after entering the company and enhance the employment competitiveness of students through the design of the basic curriculum learning.This paper takes the major of fine arts design as an example,and puts forward the curriculum system that affects the current situation of the current curriculum system and the existing problems of the design industry.So as to train students to become strong design technical talents who are competent for work and lay the foundation for the sustainable development of design career.
