诱发急性应激对大学生反应抑制的影响

摘要 目的:探索急性应激对大学生反应抑制的影响。方法:对27名大学生(男12,女15)采用特里尔社会压力范式诱发急性应激状态,中性状态采用出声阅读进行匹配,分别在急性应激和中性状态下完成双选择Oddball任务。结合ERP技术,比较两种状态下反应时间,错误次数,N2、P3成分,以及应激区线下面积与N2、P3的相关关系。结果:双选择Oddball任务中,相较于中性状态,急性应激状态下反应抑制时间(P<0.05)缩短,反应错误次数(P<0.05)减少,N2、P3波幅减小。结论:诱发急性应激可促进大学生反应抑制能力。 Objective:To explor the effect of acute stress on response inhibition of college students.Method-s:The Trier Social Stress Test was used to evoke the acute stress state of 27 college students(12 males and 15 females).The neutral state was matched by vocal reading, and the double choice Oddball task was completed under the acute stress and neutral state respectively.Combined with ERP technology, the reaction time, error times, N2 and P3 components were compared.Evaluated the correlation between the offline area of stress area and N2,P3 in the two states.Results:In the double choice Oddball task, compared with the neutral state, the response inhibition time(P<0.05) was shortened, the number of response errors(P<0.05) was reduced, and the amplitudes of N2 and P3 were reduced.Conclusion:Inducing acute stress could promote the response inhibition ability of college students.
