乡村振兴战略视域下的美丽乡村建设对策创新研究

乡村振兴战略的实施是我国全面建成小康社会的关键一环。在“三农”工作的具体落实和乡村振兴战略的实施过程中,美丽乡村建设起到了关键的“抓手”作用,成为重要的载体。旨在创建“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”美丽乡村的我国美丽乡村建设已经取得了一些成绩,但是在建设实践中暴露出的问题仍不容忽视,应采取充分发挥党对乡村建设工作的“领头羊”作用;创新引领,发挥能动引擎作用;“输血式”+“造血式”结合等创新对策,推动我国美丽乡村建设和乡村振兴战略的快速发展。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is essential for China to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In the implementation of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the area of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”work,the beautiful countryside rural development has played a key role and become an important carrier.Some achievements have been made in the construction of beautiful countryside in China,which aims to create a“prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized environment,effective governance and prosperous life”.However,the problems exposed in the construction cannot be ignored.Therefore,we should give full play to the role of the Party as the leading force,as well as innovation as the pushing force.Measures must be taken to promote the rapid rural development of the beautiful countryside under the rural revitalization strategy.
