摘要
农村继续教育肩负着服务乡村经济社会发展、稳定农村农业的重任,为乡村振兴等国家重大战略提供强劲人才支撑与智力支持。根植于农村、直接为乡村经济社会发展提供教育服务功能的乡镇成校,在实现乡村振兴战略上有着得天独厚的优势。但目前在实施乡村振兴战略过程中,面临缺乏战略引领、教师专业化发展能力不足、缺乏监督评估与反馈、缺乏良性的联动机制、缺乏充足的经费保障等困境。为此,需要构建一套合理化、科学化、系统化的治理机制,确保农村继续教育的健康发展。
Rural further education shoulders the important task of serving rural economic and social development and stabilizing rural agriculture.It should provide strong talent and intellectual support for national major strategies such as rural revitalization.Rooted in the rural areas and providing educational services for the rural economic and social development,the township adult schools have unique advantages in realizing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.However,in the process of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,there are many difficulties,such as the lack of strategic guidance,the lack of teachers’professional development ability,the lack of supervision,evaluation and feedback,the lack of benign linkage mechanism,and the lack of adequate funding guarantee.Therefore,a set of reasonable,scientific and systematic governance mechanism needs to be built up to ensure the healthy development of rural continuing education.
