摘要
近年来,随着我国经济不断发展,物流行业在社会中所处的地位也越来越高了,物流行业的作用也有着很明显的表现。若想要物流行业发展得更好,就必须给物流行业提供一个很好的平台,还要对物流工程项目的管理做出探究。对于物流工程项目管理来说,大部分人都通过“需求层次论”“双因素理论”以及其他的典型模型来进行激励。他们都是把“人性Y理论”假设作为依据,虽然这个假设很有道理,但是把这个假设作为激励的方法,大多都是以个人的主观喜好为主。这样方案的随机性和扰动性随时都会增加。因此,文章基于“机制设计理论”和“声誉约束机制”两个结构,对“激励机制”给物流工程项目管理带来的好处做出了研析,指出了物流工程行业存在的问题,给物流管理中激励机制存在的问题提供了建议;在效绩评价研究过程中,要对该管理所需的内容实行工程化的探究,对管理流程进行规范,并取得一定的效果。
In recent years,years,with the continuous development of China’s economy,the logistics industry occupies an increasingly high position in society,and the role of logistics industry is also obvious.If we want the logistics industry to develop better,we must provide a good platform for the logistics industry,and also explore the management of logistics engineering projects.Most of logistics engineering managers use the“hierarchy of needs theory”“two-factor theory”and other typical models to stimulate the logistics engineering project management.They are based on the hypothesis of“theory Y of human nature”.Although this hypothesis is very reasonable,most of them use this hypothesis as a method of motivation based on personal preferences.The randomness and disturbance of such a scheme will increase at any time.Therefore,based on the structures of“mechanism design theory”and“reputation constraint mechanism”,the paper analyzes the benef its brought by“incentive mechanism”to logistics engineering project management,points out the existing problems in the logistics engineering industry,and provides some suggestions for the problems existing in the incentive mechanism in logistics management.In the process of performance evaluation,we need to carry out engineering exploration of the content required by the management,standardize the management process,and achieve a certain effect.
