现代物流是经济全球化的产物,也是推动经济全球化的重要服务业。物流是当今交通运输行业发展的热点,也是保障民生稳定的一个重要社会环节。为确保物流运输正常开展,物流管理有序进行,国家出台了一系列法律法规政策,以规范和保障物流运输工作的开展。然而基于经济市场的复杂性以及行政机关对物流运输的行政规制手段的单一性,在物资的流转中仍出现许多问题。因此,必须充分发挥行政机关的作用,通过多样化的行政手段来对物流管理与运输予以合理有效的行政规制。

Modern logistics is not only the product of economic globalization,but also an important service industry to promote economic globalization.Logistics is a hot spot in the development of transportation industry and an important social link to ensure the stability of people’s livelihood.In order to ensure the normal development of logistics transportation and orderly logistics management,China has issued a series of laws,regulations and policies to standardize and ensure the development of logistics transportation.However,due to the complexity of the economic market and the oneness of the administrative regulatory means of the administrative organs on logistics transportation,there are still many problems in the circulation of materials.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the role of administrative organs,and make reasonable and effective administrative regulations on logistics management and logistics transportation through diversified administrative means.
