交通运输是物流行业的重要支撑,现代物流已经成为交通运输企业今后发展的方向。我国物流业正处于蓬勃发展阶段,与之相适应的现代物流也将进入新的历史时期。中国物流企业的发展模式正加速从以往简单绩效为考核中心点向利益驱动为考核目标的转变,中国物流企业适应新模式机制的关键还在于企业管理者必须对创新这一核心理念有深刻的认知接受、理解把握和高度重视,他们还必须时刻顺应行业发展、变革创新和新模式变革的发展要求,创新思维,自觉学习,遵循创新交通运输企业发展模式的规律。现代物流以先进技术为基础,通过对各种信息资源进行集成与优化配置,以实现货物从生产者到消费者全过程管理的新型服务模式。文章通过对交通运输物流协同框架的研究,对物流管理作出了浅析。

Transportation is an important support of logistics industry;modern logistics has become the future development direction of transportation enterprises.Chinese logistics industry is in the stage of vigorous development;with it,modern logistics will also enter a new historical period.The development mode of Chinese logistics enterprises is accelerating the transformation from the past simple performance as the evaluation center to the benefit driven model as the evaluation goal.The key to adapt to the new mode mechanism of Chinese logistics enterprises is that the middle managers of enterprises must deeply understand,accept and attach great importance to the core concept of innovation.They must also always comply with the development requirements of industry development,reform and innovation,and new mode change,innovate their thinking,consciously learn,and follow the rules of innovative transportation enterprise development mode.Modern logistics integrates and optimizes various information resources to achieve a new service mode of whole process management of goods from producers to consumers based on advanced technology.Through the study of the same framework of transportation logistics,this paper makes a simple analysis of logistics management.
