物流空间重组的探究:供应链管理、电子商务、土地利用

Research on Logistics Spatial Reorganization:Supply Chain Management,E-Commerce and Land Use

蓬勃发展的电子商务为开发专门用于处理网上购物订单的新物流设施带来了巨大的需求。然而,如何重塑物流用地以满足电子商务需求尚未得到充分的研究。通过考察中国电子商务中心——深圳过去10年的物流空间发展轨迹,该研究揭示了物流空间重组的一些趋势。空间数据分析结果表明,虽然设施总数略有减少,但是整个城市的物流空间更加集中,电子化已成为决定物流设施如何设计、重新开发、重新安置和利用的催化剂,以适应供应链管理中不断变化的要求。开发新的多层设施、翻新陈旧设施以及重组现有设施,是提高土地利用率的关键举措。

The vigorous development of e-commerce has brought great demand for the development of new logistics facilities dedicated to handling online shopping orders.However,how to reshape logistics land to meet the needs of e-commerce has not been fully studied.This study reveals some trends of logistics spatial reorganization by reviewing the development track of’logistics space in Shenzhen,China s e-commerce center,in the past 10 years.The results of spatial data analysis show that the logistics space of the whole city is more centralized,and the computerization has become a catalyst for determining how to design,redevelop,relocate and use logistics facilities to adapt to the changing requirements of supply chain management,although the total number of facilities has decreased slightly.The development of new multi-storey facilities,the renovation of old facilities and the reorganization of existing facilities are key measures to improve land utilization.
