Starting from the demand of talent cultivation in the new period,the paper analyzes the importance of implementing talent cultivation in modern logistics management specialty.It is emphasized that logistics management is the essence of deep integration of disciplines,and the shortcomings existing in the traditional talent training mode are positioned.The paper fully analyzes the specific content of OBE,and analyzes the compatibility with modern logistics management specialty.The paper integrates the four stages of“point,line,plane and body”to build a progressive talent training system to ensure that the comprehensive ability of the modern logistics management talent team is comprehensively enhanced.
