3D打印鞋垫干预糖尿病足溃疡的应用研究

摘要 3D打印鞋垫正应用于干预足部疾病,包括扁平足、拇外翻及糖尿病足等常见足部疾病。糖尿病足是2型糖尿病最严重的慢性的并发症之一,主要是与周围神经病变、周围血管病变、足部结构异常及足底高压有关,最终可导致坏疽和截肢。足底压力异常增高是引起糖尿病足溃疡发生的独立危险因素,改善足底压力分布可帮助预防糖尿病足溃疡。研究发现,矫形鞋垫具有减轻足底压力、缓冲震荡、重塑足弓的作用。3D打印技术的进步促进了定制矫形鞋垫的制造,个性化的定制鞋垫可以更好地帮助降低糖尿病患者足部异常的压力,预防足部溃疡的发生,因此该文就3D打印矫形鞋垫干预糖尿病足溃疡的形成的研究展开综述。 3D-printed insoles are being used to intervene in common foot conditions,including flat feet,bunions and diabetic feet.One of the most common complications of type 2 diabetes is diabetic foot.It is mainly caused by peripheral neuropathy,peripheral vascular disease,structural abnormalities of the foot,and planar high pressure,and ultimately leads to gangrene and amputation.Abnormal increase of plantar pressure is an independent risk factor for diabetic foot ulcer.Improving plantar pressure distribution can help prevent diabetic foot ulcer.Research discovery,orthopaedic insole has the action that reduces plantar pressure,buffering shock,reshape foot arch.Advances in 3D printing technology have promoted the manufacture of customized orthopedic insoles,which can better help reduce abnormal pressure on the feet of diabetics and prevent foot ulcers.Therefore,this paper reviews the research on the intervention of 3D printed orthopaedic insoles in the formation of diabetic foot ulcers.
