‘穗红1号’番石榴特征特性及配套栽培技术

摘要 针对番石榴品种较为单一的问题,评价‘穗红1号’番石榴的特征特性,总结其配套栽培技术。结果表明:该品种果实近圆形,平均单果重261.90g,果皮黄绿色,有光泽;果肉红色、肉质酥松、种子少;可溶性固形物含量10.30%,维生素C含量176.50mg/100g,可滴定酸含量1.01g/kg,粗纤维1.70%,有清香。该株系特征特性稳定,早结丰产稳产,产期易调控,与国内主栽培品种‘珍珠’番石榴品质相当,但优势在于红肉,有清香,可为番石榴品种结构调整提供种植参考。 The characteristics and cultivation techniques of guava'Suihong No.1'was studied to solve the problem of less cultivated varieties in guava.The results indicated that the fruit shape of'Suihong No.l'was near circular,with average single fruit weight of 261.9 g.The fruit peel was yellow-green and glossy,and the flesh was red and crisp with few seeds and light aroma.The soluble solid content of fruit was 10.30%,the vitamin C content was 176.5 mg/100g,the titratable acid content was 1.01 g/kg,and the coarse fiber content was 1.7%.This strain had stable characteristics,early fruiting,high and stable yield,and was easy to control the production period.Comparing with the domestic main cultivation guava'Pearl','Suihong No.1'had the advantage of red flesh and light aroma,which could provide reference for structural adjustmen to fguava varieties.
