改良型直肠前突测量方法在排粪造影中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨利用数字化x线影像系统行排粪造影,通过采用传统直肠前突测量方法(即量角尺加分规比对参照标尺测量法),和改良型近似直肠前突测量方法分别测量直肠前突的深度并进行分级,评价改良型测量方法在排粪造影中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我科2019年6月至2020年12月行排粪造影患者中诊断为单纯性直肠前突的患者共101例,由2名经验丰富的影像科医师分别用传统方法及改良方法测量其直肠前突深度并判定分级程度,对2种方法所测数值的相关性进行分析。结果 传统直肠前突测量方法和改良型近似直肠前突测量方法所测直肠前突深度及分级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2种方法所测数据一致性极高。结论改良型直肠前突测量方法可提供精准有效的直肠前突深度及分级数据,且用改良型方法测量无需借助外部工具,检测方法明显便捷、高效。 Objective To investigate the use of digital X-ray imaging systems in the measurement of rectal prolapse,the depth of rectal prolapse was measured and graded using the traditional method of measuring rectal prolapse(i.e., goniometer plus minute gauge with reference to a ruler)and the modified method of measuring prolateral rectum. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 101 patients who were diagnosed with simple rectal protrusion in our department between June 2019 and December 2020.Two skilled imaging physicians utilized the traditional and the modified methods to gauge the depth of the rectal protrusion. Analysis was done on the correlation between the values determined by the two approaches. Results The obtained statistics using the traditional and modified proximal rectal prominence measuring methods were extremely consistent,and there was no significant statistical difference in the depth and grading of rectal prominence(P>0.05). Conclusion Rectal protrusion depth and grading data could be accurately and effectively obtained using the modified approach without external tools.
