高温炎热地区长距离运输对混凝土温度的影响及防治措施研究

摘要 高温环境下混凝土长距离运输过程中温度回升是目前大体积混凝土施工的重点和难点,也是影响浇筑温度是否达标的关键因素之一。以大藤峡右岸工程为背景,针对现场混凝土施工长距离水平运输温度超温问题,进行了运输车辆保温、分层等改造。通过机口温度、入仓温度检验统计分析,结果表明运输过程中各项改造可以保证长距离运输过程中混凝土的温度回升最小化,高温环境下运输过程中平均温度回升值低于2℃,相关改造技术可为高温环境混凝土的施工提供依据和技术支撑。 The temperature increment during long-distance transportation of concrete in a high-temperature environment is the key difficulty in mass concrete construction and one of the key factors affecting whether the pouring temperature reaches the standard.Against the background of the right bank project of Datangxia Gorge as well as the problem of over temperature in long-distance horizontal transportation during on-site concrete construction, this study makes transformations such as vehicle insulation and stratification.The statistical analysis of the outlet temperature and warehousing temperature tests shows that the temperature increment of concrete during long-distance transportation can be minimized with these transformations, and the average temperature increment is lower than 2 ℃ during high-temperature transportation.The relevant transformation technologies can provide a basis and technical support for concrete construction in a high-temperature environment.
