基于不同需求的长洲水利枢纽汛期优化调度研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对长洲水利枢纽防洪与水资源供需矛盾日益突出问题,首先从供水、发电、航运、生态等方面分析了水库现状调度方案,提出综合调度需求;其次利用现代预测预报和调度技术,系统研究基于不同调度需求的优化调度方案,将汛期运行水位由18.6 m提高至19.6 m,并分析其风险和效益。结果表明,方案实施可在保障防洪安全的前提下提高库区水位1.0~1.5 m,增蓄水量2亿m3,充分发挥了水库供水、航运、生态效益,同时增加发电量5.05%,经济、社会效益显著。 In view of the increasingly prominent contradiction between flood control and water supply and demand in the Changzhou Water Conservancy Project, the current dispatching scheme of the reservoir is analyzed from the aspects of water supply, power generation, shipping, and ecology, and the comprehensive dispatching requirements are proposed.In addition, modern forecasting and dispatching technologies are used to systematically study the optimal dispatching scheme under different dispatching needs.The operating water level during the flood season is increased from 18.6 m to 19.6 m, and the risk and benefit are analyzed.The results show that the implementation of the scheme can increase the water level of the reservoir area by 1.0~1.5 m and the water storage capacity by 200 million cubic meters on the premise of ensuring flood control safety.The scheme gives full play to the water supply, shipping, and ecological benefits of the reservoir, and meanwhile, it can raise the power generation capacity by 5.05%,producing remarkable economic and social benefits.
