金融素养对西部地区家庭风险金融资产配置的影响研究

摘要 新时代背景下,《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》文件中提到多渠道增加城乡居民的财产性收入,这对居民的金融素养提出了较高的要求。文章基于最新公布的CHFS2019年最新数据,运用probit和tobit模型分析了金融素养对西部地区家庭风险金融资产配置的影响,结果表明,在我国西部地区,大多数家庭还是持有活期存款、定期存款等类型的无风险金融资产。同时金融素养能够显著提升西部地区家庭风险金融资产的参与概率和配置比率,西部地区家庭金融素养的水平还有很大的提升空间。 In the context of the new era, the idea of increasing the property income of urban and rural residents through multiple channels is proposed in Outline of the People’s Republic of China 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Long-Range Objectives for 2035, which puts forward higher requirements for residents’ financial literacy. Based on the latest published CHFS2019 data, this paper uses “probit” and “tobit” models to analyze the impact of financial literacy on the allocation of household risky financial assets in Western China. The results show that in Western China,most households still hold the risk-free financial assets such as current deposits and fixed time deposits. At the same time,financial literacy can significantly improve the participation probability and allocation ratio of household risky financial assets in the western region, and there is still a lot of room to improve the level of household financial literacy in the western region.
