The Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Training of Womens’Basketball Team of SXIT

本文以陕西国防工业职业技术学院女子篮球队运动员作为调查对象,深入、系统的分析了15位运动员的训练现状,发现问题并解决问题,为高职院校女子篮球运动训练提供一定参考。

With the players of women’s basketball team of SXIT as investigation objects,the training situation of the15 players are analyzed deeply and systematically,problems have been founded and solved,and has offered some reference to the training of women’s basketball team in high vocational colleges.
