摘要
序列分析表明,获得的MsTreh基因全长1 410bp,编码468个氨基酸。生物学信息表明,MsTreh是定位于质膜和内质网为主的蛋白。实时定量RT-PCR结果表明,在不同组织中MsTreh均有表达,且表达水平有差异,在脂肪和表皮中的表达最高。
Sequence analysis showed that the MsTreH gene was 1 410 bp in length,encoding 468 amino acids. Biological information indicates that MsTreH is a protein mainly located on the plasma membrane and endoplasmic reticulum. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR results showed that MsTreH was expressed in different tissues with different expression levels,and the highest expression in fat and epidermis.
