随着时代的不断发展,企业管理方面衍生出越来越多的新型管理理念,这些理念的融入对于企业的创新发展来说意义重大.供应链现代化就是其中一种,其以推动企业发展为目的,促使供应链体系成本最小化,使企业能够依据供应链现代化管理的方式,结合多项工作内容构建统一化管理体系.目前,在供应链现代化的学术性研究中,国内学者正在不断探究供应链现代化下的跨企业财务管理,结合供应链现代化相关内容与特点推动企业财务管理实现创新转型.文章从创新转型的角度出发,切实依据供应链现代化背景分析跨企业财务管理的相关内容,以此丰富相关研究.

With the continuous development of the times,more and more new management concepts have been derived from enterprise management,and the integration of these concepts is of great significance to the innovation and development of enterprises.Supply chain modernization is one of them,which aims to promote the development of enterprises,minimizes the cost of supply chain system,and enable enterprises to build a unified management system according to the way of modern supply chain management.At present,in the academic research of supply chain modernization,domestic scholars are constantly exploring crossenterprise financial management under supply chain modernization,and promoting the innovation and transformation of enterprise financial management based on the relevant content and characteristics of supply chain modernization.From the perspective of innovation and transformation,this paper analyzes the relevant content of cross-enterprise financial management according to the background of supply chain modernization to enrich relevant research.
