为推动"十四五"时期医院高质量发展,不断促进医疗服务和管理能力升级,医院应加快补齐改革和发展中"空间不足"的短板,不断完善自身的内部管理体系,其中,对医院财务的精细化管理显得尤为重要.6S精细化管理是一种现代管理模式,包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全六项.文章分析了医院财务管理的现状,探究了6S精细化管理在医院财务管理中的应用情况,旨在提升医院财务管理水平、提高医院财务工作效率.

In order to promote the high-quality development of hospitals during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and continuously promote the upgrading of medical services and management capabilities,hospitals should speed up to make up for the deficiency of lack of space in reform and development,and constantly improve their internal management system,among which the delicacy management of hospital finances is particularly important.6S delicacy management is a modern management mode,including six items:seiri,seiton,seiketsu,shitsukei,safety.This paper analyzes the current situation of hospital financial management,and explores the application of 6S delicacy management in hospital financial management,aiming to be helpful to improve the financial management level of hospitals and improve the financial work efficiency of hospitals.
