Research Progress on Resource Utilization of Tomato Straw Waste in China

我国鲜食番茄产量稳居世界第一,番茄秸秆资源较为丰富,对番茄秸秆进行无害化处理和资源化利用、实现秸秆废弃物的就近利用越来越受到人们的广泛关注。就国内番茄秸秆资源化利用的处理方式,主要包括直接还田,用作肥料、基质,用作生产食用菌、沼气、饲料等方面的主要技术路径及应用的研究进行综述,分析和探讨番茄秸秆资源化利用的有效方式,指出在番茄秸秆的资源化利用方面仍然缺乏深入的研究等问题;同时,建议因地因时地探索和研究番茄秸秆资源化利用的多样、有效的技术路径。

The production of fresh tomato in China ranks the first in the world, and the tomato straw resources is rich. The harmless treatment and resource utilization of tomato straw, and realization to nearby utilization of straw waste has been paid more and more attention. The treatment methods of resource utilization of tomato straw in China was summarized, the main technical paths and applications of tomato straw including directly returning to the field, used as fertilizer or substrate, and used for the production of edible fungi, biogas and feed, the effective methods of tomato straw resource utilization were analyzed and discussed. It was pointed out that there were problems such as still lack of in-depth research on the utilization of tomato straw resources.At the same time, it was suggested to explore and study various and effective technical paths of tomato straw resource utilization by place and time.
