吸引器吹气法在层面外科腹腔镜肾部分切除术中的应用

Application of aspirator blowing method in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy

目的评价吸引器吹气法在层面外科腹腔镜肾部分切除术中应用的可行性及有效性。方法对中山大学附属第六医院2018年7月至2021年6月收治的42例层面外科腹腔镜肾部分切除术的病例进行回顾性分析,统计切除术中肾脏热缺血时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术中及术后并发症。结果42例腹腔镜肾部分切除术患者均手术成功,无一例中转开放手术,手术成功率100%。术中及术后均未出现肾衰竭、术后出血、尿瘘、术后病理切缘阳性等严重并发症。结论吸引器吹气法在腹腔镜肾部分切除术中应用有提供清晰视野,不影响气腹压,视野稳定等优点,且操作简单,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of aspirator blowing in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Methods The data of forty-two cases of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from July 2018 to June 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,the renal thermal ischemia time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded.Results All the 42 patients underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy successfully,and no one needed conversion to open procedures,the success rate was 100%.There were no serious complications such as renal failure,postoperative bleeding,urinary fistula,and positive postoperative pathological margin.Conclusions The application of aspirator blowing method in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy has the advantages of providing a clear field of vision,no effect on pneumoperitoneum pressure,vision stable and so on,and the operation is simple,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
