多学科协作护理模式对促进踝关节骨折术后关节功能恢复的作用

Effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model on promoting functional recovery of ankle joint after operation

目的探讨对踝关节骨折采用多学科协作护理模式对促进术后关节功能恢复的作用。方法选择扬州洪泉医院2017年1月至2021年10月收治的踝关节骨折患者90例,以简单随机数表法分组,对照组(n=45)行常规护理,观察组(n=45)采用多学科协作护理模式干预,比较两组患者的术后恢复指标,评估患者在护理前后的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,随访3个月时采用美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分评估关节功能恢复情况,并统计护理期间两组的并发症发生率。结果观察组下床时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、负重时间均短于对照组,观察组术后18、24、48 h的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月观察组AOFAS踝-后足评分在疼痛、功能、对线3个维度的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对踝关节骨折术后采用多学科协作护理模式,能加快患者术后康复进程,可减轻患者术后疼痛,有利于关节功能恢复,且能降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary collaborative nursing model on promoting postoperative functional recovery of ankle joint fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with ankle fracture admitted to Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from January 2017 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=45)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=45)received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention.The recovery indexes of the two groups were compared,and VAS scores were evaluated before and after nursing.Joint function was evaluated by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score,and the incidence of complications was compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,hospital stay,fracture healing time and weight-bearing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);VAS scores of the observation group at 18 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The AOFAS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in three dimensions of pain,function and contra-line after 3 months of follow-up(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,which was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model after ankle joint fracture can accelerate the process of postoperative rehabilitation,relieve postoperative pain,facilitate the recovery of joint function,and reduce the risk of complications.
