摘要 以四川省绵阳市科技城大道二期涪江大桥项目为例,立足主梁和支腿总成组装的方法,分析了门式起重机设备安装技术的应用要点。研究认为,门式起重机是大型桥梁工程施工的主要设备,其安装质量对施工进度、施工质量有很大影响。由于门式起重机结构复杂,安装难度比较大,在进行主梁和支腿安装中可采取总成组装方法,在刚性支腿安装中可采取12条缆风绳并确保受力均匀,以便更好地调整支腿的垂直度。此外,为控制支腿变形问题,采用柔性和刚性支腿分别安装控制的方法,可有效保证大型桥梁工程门式起重机设备安装质量。 Based on the case of Fujiang Bridge Project of Sci-tech City Avenue Project Phrase II in Mianyang,Sichuan Province,the application points of gantry crane equipment installation technology is analyzed,focusing on the assembling of main beam and outriggers.Research shows that the gantry crane is the main equipment of large bridge engineering construction,and its installation quality has a great impact on the constructing progress and quality.Due to the complex structure of the gantry crane,the installation is relatively difficult.Therefore,the assembly method can be adopted in the installation of the main beam and outriggers,by using 12 hawser cables in rigid leg installation to ensure the uniform force and the verticality of branch legs.In addition,in order to control the deformation of branch legs,flexible and rigid branch legs are adopted to effectively ensure the installation quality of gantry crane equipment in large bridge projects.
