摘要
利用壳聚糖络合铜、锌离子整理剂对苎麻纤维进行改性,再通过浸渍+微波的整理工艺,赋予其抗菌性能。对苎麻纤维表面形貌、分子结构进行分析,测试苎麻纤维的抗菌性、耐水洗性以及铜离子溶出量,此外还比较了改性前后纤维的断裂强力、吸湿性能。结果表明:经过整理的苎麻纤维表面分布着大量壳聚糖与金属离子的络合物。在壳聚糖与和铜、锌离子的协同作用下,苎麻纤维被赋予良好的抗菌性,经过10次标准水洗后,纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍然达到95%以上,铜离子的溶出量为20.03 mg/kg,达到婴幼儿产品的标准要求。并且改性整理未对纤维自身的性能造成负面影响,其断裂强力、吸湿放湿性均没有下降。
For the treatment of ramie fiber with chitosans complexing copper and zinc ions, with impregnation and microwave treatment, the processes was adopted to endow the fiber with antibacterial function.The changes of surface morphology and molecular structure of ramie fibers were analyzed, and the antibacterial property, washing fastness and release of copper ion were tested as well as. In addition, the changes of breaking strength and moisture absorption were discussed. The results showed that chitosan and metal complexes were large and evenly distributed on the surface of the fiber in a large. Under the synergistic effect of chitosan, copper and zinc ions, the ramie fiber was endowed with great antibacterial properties. After 10 times of standard washing, the antibacterial rates of finished fiber against to E. coli and S. aureus were still up to 95%, and the release content of copper ion was 20.03 mg/kg, which met the standard requirements of infant products. Furthermore, the strength, moisture absorption & release ability of the fiber did not decrease. Therefore, performance of the fiber itself had not been negatively affected.
