摘要 醪液温度在乙醇发酵生产中是影响发酵效率的重要参数.为确保乙醇发酵效率,提高乙醇生产经济效益,采用霍尼韦尔PKS系统中的Profit Loop控制算法设计了醪液温度控制系统,实现了醪液温度的模型预测控制.经系统运行测试,实现了醪液温度的稳定控制,有效降低了执行机构的执行频率,控制效果良好,较好地满足了控制要求. The temperature of mash is an important parameter affecting the efficiency of ethanol fermentation.In order to ensure the efficiency of ethanol fermentation and improve the economic benefit of ethanol production.The Profit Loop control algorithm in Honeywell PKS system was used to design the mash temperature control system,and the model predictive control of the mash temperature was realized.After the system running test,the stable control of the mash temperature was realized.The execution frequency of the actuator was effectively reduced,the control effect was good,and the control requirements were satisfied.
