复杂气动程序电控系统的最优组数设计

摘要 复杂气动程序电控系统由于输入信号、约束和联锁条件多等原因,导致传统设计方法求解困难,或记忆元件较多等问题.通过借助串级法的基本思路——电路隔离,结合单稳态和双稳态换向阀的特性,以“优化组数”为目标,优化复杂程序电控系统的分组方案,并利用逻辑函数运算简化电路设计.经仿真和实验验证:该方法不但设计科学、高效、简便、有规可循,而且设计的电气回路结构简单、具有故障诊断和排除简单直观等优点. Due to many input signals,constraints and interlocking conditions,etc.,the traditional design method is difficult to solve or there are many memory elements in the complex pneumatic program electronic control system.This paper proposed new grouping principle based on the characteristics of monostable and bistable directional valves with the optimization goal of"the fewer groups the better",and simplifies the circuit design by using logic function operations.The simulation and experimental results showed that this method is not only scientific,efficient,simple and regular,moreover,the designed electrical circuit has the advantages of simple structure,simple and intuitive fault diagnosis and elimination.
