止得咳颗粒联合西药治疗风热犯肺型社区获得性肺炎临床观察

Clinical Study of Zhideke Granules in Combination with Western Medicine for Treating Community-acquired Pneumonia with Wind-heat Invading Lung

[目的]观察止得咳颗粒联合西药治疗社区获得性肺炎(风热犯肺型)的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分成观察组和对照组各30例。对照组根据入院时的临床和实验室检查结果给予抗感染、止咳化痰等治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予止得咳颗粒口服,两组疗程均为7 d。比较两组的疗效以及治疗前后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等水平变化。[结果]观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、发热、口干等中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SAA、NLR、CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。[结论]止得咳颗粒联合西药治疗风热犯肺型社区获得性肺炎能有效缓解临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,改善预后。

[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhideke granules in combination with western medicine in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia with wind-heat invading lung.[Methods]Sixty patients were ran⁃domly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases for each group.The control group was given treatment such as anti-infection,cough and phlegm reduction according to the clinical and laboratory test results on admission.And the observation group was given Zhideke granules orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.The efficacy and the changes in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),serum amyloid A(SAA),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)of both groups before and after treatment were compared.[Results]The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.3%and 73.3%,and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms such as cough,sputum production,fever and dry mouth after treatment were reduced in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SAA,NLR,CRP and IL-6 in both groups were de⁃creased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Zhideke granules in combination with western medicine for the treat⁃ment of community-acquired pneumonia with wind-heat invading lung can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,re⁃duce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve prognosis.
