胆囊切除术与胆道镜保胆术对胆囊息肉患者血清GAS及IL-6水平的影响

Effects of cholecystectomy and choledochoscopy on the levels of serum GAS and IL-6 in patients with gallblad⁃der polyps

目的探究胆囊切除术与胆道镜保胆术对胆囊息肉患者血清胃泌素(GAS)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法选取胆囊息肉患者102例,根据不同手术方式分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51),观察组采取胆道镜保胆术,对照组采取胆囊切除术。比较两组手术效果及血清GAS、IL-6水平。结果观察组患者的手术时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=6.13、10.26、7.03、12.82,P均<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.09,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后血清GAS及IL-6水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=4.55、7.09,P均<0.05)。结论与胆囊切除术相比,胆道镜保胆术治疗胆囊息肉患者临床疗效更好,并发症少,可降低血清GAS及IL-6水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of cholecystectomy and choledochoscope on serum gastrin(GAS)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in patients with gallbladder polyp.Methods A total of 102 patients with gallbladder polyp were selected and divitde into the observation group(n=51)and the control group(n=51)according to different surgical methods,the observation group was treated with choledochoscopic,and the control group was treated with cholecystectomy.The results of operation and serum GAS and IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group(t=6.13,10.26,7.03,12.82,P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=12.09,P<0.05).The postoperative serum GAS and IL-6 levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(t=4.55,7.09,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cholecystectomy,choledochoscopy for cholecystectomy has better clinical efficacy,fewer complications,and lower serum GAS and IL-6 levels.
